Amino acid abundance. Hemp seeds has 18 of the 20 amino acids necessary for the human body. It is one of the most widely used amino acids. Hemp plant is one of those with the highest amino acids content.
Vitamins. Hemp seeds – natural source of vitamins. They contain many vitamins B, antioxidant E, which is important for general metabolism, also vitamins A and D. Seeds also contain minerals and trace elements, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, potassium and zinc.
The source of magnesium. Magnesium in hemp seeds is obtained from an organic compound. Just a handful of hemp seeds has about half the magnesium daily rate.
Fibrous food. Hemp seeds are rich in soluble and insoluble fibers. Insoluble fibers are beneficial to the intestine system – they help eliminate toxins, and soluble fiber is a food for our good bacteria.
